Try to keep all videos below 60 seconds but experiment with even shorter form video and include some that achieve that six second goal. Six seconds isn’t a long time but it should be enough to get your message across and include a call-to-action. Remember this will help you to achieve a wider reach and more views - you can always include more detail in the post copy.
