Newcastle United are boldly making Black Friday theirs in their 2024 campaign, renaming the annual shopping event ‘Black & White Friday’—a twist using the football team’s iconic home colours.
Simple yet effective, the campaign proves that you don’t need to create a high-production video to make a high-impact ad, but some clever wordsmithing and a clear representation of your brand. Used to promote the Black Friday sale on the club's football shirts and merchandise, Newcastle United have definitely scored with his one!
Walmart | Deals of Desire
Walmart are always a front-runner in the battle of Black Friday campaigns. This year they're pulling out all of the stops, taking inspiration from popular TV shows for a series of star-studded ads. When we say ad, we really mean a supernatural, historical, romantic, western drama mini-series.
The overarching message? Whether you’re a blood-sucking vampire from The Vampire Diaries or a Bridgerton-esque 'Diamond of the Season', Walmart have a deal for you!
